Saat ingin bertemu dengan client biasanya sebelumnya kita
membuat jadwal untuk bertemu, tetapi terkadang terdapat beberapa hal yang
membuat kita harus membatalkannya atau mengganti jadwal dari yang sudah
ditetapkan. Berikut contoh dialog saat kita ingin menghubungi seseorang yang
sedang tidak ditempat maka kita meninggalkan pesan.
Fujimori’s Secretary (FS) : good morning, ina inc. Uwi
speaking. Can i help you?
Ms. Wibisono (MW) : good morning, i’m Ms. Wibisono. Can i
speak to Mr. Fujimori?
FS : could you hold line please?
MS : off course
FS : i’m sorry Ms. Wibisono, Mr. Fujimori is not available
now
MS : that’s too bad. Can i leave a message?
FS : sure. What’s your message?
MS : yes, tell him to call me back at 77778881
FS : anything else?
MS : yes. I want to talk him about the detail of our
project.
FS : oh.. when will you meet him?
MS : how about Monday on June 6 at 1 pm?
FS : i’m sorry Mr. Fujimori already has another meeting with
Mr. Keyes
MS : emm..what if the next dat at 3 pm?
FS : aa..that’s suits him well. I’ll tell him about this.
MS : ok. Thank you
FS : you are welcome Ms. Wibisono
